IconSmartFinds currently ships to customers within the United States.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders. The shipping cost displayed at checkout is the final shipping charge.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, holidays, carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed when it becomes available. Please allow several days for tracking information to begin updating after shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check around the delivery location and contact the carrier. If your package is substantially delayed or appears lost, contact us through our Contact page so we can investigate.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly and include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Do not return an item without contacting us first.

Multiple Shipments

If an order contains multiple products, items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
